7月26日晚，东亚杯女足最后一场比赛结束，中国女足以一胜两平的亚军成绩收官，追平东亚杯历史最好成绩。目前，来自四川江油的中国女足队员张琳艳正在海口隔离，之后她将飞赴瑞士，以租借形式加盟苏黎世草蜢足球俱乐部，租借期为一年。8月1日，记者联系上张琳艳的父亲张守武，他表示，虽然距离很远，但他希望女儿到欧洲去发展，多学点技术和经验，“这是一种历练”。

现年21岁的张琳艳是一名川妹子，出生在江油。目前司职前锋，效力于中国女超俱乐部武汉车谷江大女足，在本赛季女超联赛前10轮打入6球，位列本土射手榜第二。张琳艳也是武汉女足俱乐部继2018年王霜之后，第二位送出“留洋”的球员。8月1日，其父亲张守武告诉记者，目前张琳艳正在海口隔离，之后将飞赴瑞士，也可能会先回家一趟。对于女儿踏上欧洲赛场，张守武表示，他是希望女儿到欧洲去发展的，去感受欧洲的足球文化和职业化标准，多学点技术，多学点经验，这对女儿来说是一种历练。
